Shipping and Returns

Delivery Charges:

Delivery is £4 for any number of items within the UK mainland. Goods will be sent second class recorded delivery which should take 2 to 3 days.

Should you require next day delivery it is £8, for any number of items within the UK mainland. Goods will be sent by courier or first class signed for next day delivery.
Order must be made before 1pm.

The two options will be given to you during the order procedure.

You will receive an email or call if goods ordered are not in stock and advised of the delivery date or alternative stock available.

If paying by cheque, make payable to Quintessential. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of the cheque.

Returns Procedure:

If returning goods please explain your reason for return and send to:

Goods should be sent via the post office by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.  Goods are returned to Quintessential at your own expense.

You should receive your refund or exchange within 7 days.
