All items come in packs of 2, 4 or 6 of the same colour.

Confirmation, cancellation and amendment of orders:

A confirmation will be sent to the customer following receipt of an order by Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd. The customer should check the order confirmation to ensure it is as requested, as the subsequent delivery will be in accordance with the order confirmation.

Orders can only be cancelled or amended within 14 days of the date the order is placed.

The customer must check that they have received our written confirmation of any cancellation or amendment to ensure that we have received their requested change.

If the order is cancelled or reduced any later than 14 days after the order is placed then the customer will be liable to a penalty charge of 50% of the order value. This will be payable within 7 days of issuing the invoice.

Delivery and Carriage:

Carriage is paid by us within the UK mainland, (excluding Scottish Highlands). Carriage to The Republic of Ireland and Scottish Highlands is £25 per 20 kg parcel (minimum £25). Carriage for other destinations will be calculated separately and you will be advised.

Orders will be delivered by courier. Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd will consider that a consignment has been delivered once it has been signed for at the premises detailed on the order confirmation.

While Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd shall endeavour to deliver all orders by the dates specified on the order confirmation they shall not be responsible for any costs arising from delays to this delivery date. Delayed delivery shall not be a valid reason for customers to cancel their orders.

On receipt of a delivery the customer must ensure that the contents of the consignment are in accordance with the packing list attached. If no packing list is present the customer should contact Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd immediately to ensure that all boxes have been correctly received.

The invoice relating to a given delivery will be issued within 14 days of delivery and will include all items detailed on the packing list at the prices quoted on the order confirmation.


Notification of any discrepancies or faults with goods delivered must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns for any reason must be sent at the customers own expense. Carriage for returns will not be paid by us.

Any damaged or faulty goods will be replaced. If goods are unable to be replaced a credit note will be issued.

Credit Terms:

If the customer wishes to apply for a credit account, they should return a completed credit application form at least 14 days before the estimated delivery date. If the customer does not return the completed credit application form by the due date, or if they are declined credit, then they should forward cleared funds to Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd in advance of the delivery date. Failure to do so may be judged as cancellation of the order and the customer will be liable for all costs incurred, as detailed above.  

Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd reserves the right to decline credit terms to any customer.

All goods remain the property of Quintessential until full payment has been received.

If any customer fails to pay their account within the agreed credit terms then Quintessential (Cambridge) Ltd reserve the right to apply interest at the rate of 8.5% per calendar month to any overdue amount.

Any amounts that become more than 30days overdue may be transferred to a credit collection agency. This will incur an administration fee of £25.00 plus VAT that will be immediately payable by the customer. Any other costs incurred in recovering the overdue amount shall also be paid by the customer.

Exclusivity is only offered to customers who order over £7000 ex VAT per season.

Colour Variation:

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic process will allow and that the descriptions are accurate. Slight variations in colours and sizes may occur.
